PUBLICATIONS
For
the first 3 months of performance of the project Dr Yu.L.Zub has taken
part in work of the International Conference in Tashkent (Republic of
Uzbekistan) " Polymer - 2002 " (October 1-5 2002; the oral
presentation). During this trip he has carried out negotiation with the
director of Institute of Chemistry and Physics of Polymers, academician
S.Sh.Rashidova about development of cooperation and creation of joint
Uzbekistanian -Ukrainian Laboratory on Hybrid Materials (chief from
Republic of Uzbekistan - Prof. B.D. Kabulov, from Ukraine - Dr.
Yu.L.Zub). Now contract about cooperation between the mentioned
Institute and ISC and about creation of joint laboratory is signed by
both parties and has come into force. Thus, it will allow to use and
resources of the Uzbek party for performance of the given project.
For
the first 3 months of performance of the project were made by
Dr. Y.Zub two plenary reports and by PhD Student I.V.Mel'nyk a
poster presentation at the international conferences (list see below),
where the results of researches on sol-gel to engineering were
generalized and the ways of synthesis new superadsorbents, including
alkaline metals were considered.
